This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
β’ Define product positioning prior to launch, ensuring that each feature has a well-defined market fit, a unique narrative, and a strong justification for its existence.
β’ Create comprehensive storytelling for feature launches across various platforms, such as Town Halls, press releases, social media, podcast appearances, blog posts, in-product messaging, and more.
β’ Collaborate with Product Managers from the initial development stages to shape what we create and how we introduce the latest features to the market.
β’ Make informed decisions based on competitive analysis, customer interviews, and market potential.
β’ Play a role in determining which features are included in our Host, Professional, and Mogul plans, as well as in pricing our offerings.
β’ Work closely with the Growth team to ensure that each new feature and campaign enhances the overall health of our funnel: website β free trial β online travel agency (OTA) connection β subscription β onboarding β adoption β retention.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in a dynamic, product-driven SaaS environment.
β’ Familiarity with fintech, payments, marketplaces, or similar sectors is a significant advantage.
β’ Demonstrated experience in contributing to Product Marketing strategies, including defining positioning, influencing product decisions, and identifying growth opportunities that enhance key business metrics.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and engage cross-functional teams around a cohesive narrative.
β’ Proficient in analyzing data to uncover demand and growth opportunities, managing campaign results to evaluate impact, and making informed recommendations to guide future strategies.
β’ Extra recognition if you are a short-term rental host or have experience in the short-term rental industry.

β’ The total compensation for this position ranges from US$164,000.00 to US$199,100.00, depending on your location's cost of living. We can hire talent as contractors internationally or as employees if you reside in the United States, the European Union, or Australia, considering payroll taxes to determine your gross compensation. For US employees, the gross salary may vary between US$151,313.44 and US$183,698.21.
β’ We also provide options for equity in the company through our $HOST token (RSUs), with a grant value of up to $54,300.00, allowing you to participate in the company's long-term growth.
β’ Additionally, this role is eligible for up to USD $308,292.00 per year in Performance Share Units (PSUs), which do not vest over time and are granted only upon meeting specific business performance targets. The size and payout of this award directly correlate with measurable outcomes, aligning compensation with company impact.
