Staff Product Manager, Financial Risk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision and strategy for the Financial Risk platform.

• Lead the roadmap for the Decision Platform.

• Develop and enhance fraud investigation tools and automation processes.

• Define and advance the restriction and mitigation framework.

• Function as a platform PM, creating extensible APIs.

• Collaborate closely with Fraud and Data Science teams on the integration of fraud models.

• Manage key risk metrics and leverage data to guide prioritization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in product management, with a strong emphasis on fraud, risk, or trust & safety.

• Proven experience as a platform PM: you've developed systems that are utilized by other teams.

• High technical proficiency: you possess in-depth knowledge of streaming architectures, workflow orchestration, and ML model integration.

• Data-driven decision-making skills: you utilize quantitative analysis to detect fraud patterns, assess intervention effectiveness, and prioritize resource allocation.

• Familiarity with fraud operations teams: you comprehend investigation workflows, alert triage, and case management processes.
