Staff Product Manager – Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the product authority for customers throughout the sales cycle

• Manage and prioritize requests from customers

• Convert customer requirements into a strategic roadmap

• Act as a liaison between sales and engineering teams

• Equip the Go-To-Market (GTM) team with necessary resources

• Over 8 years of experience in product management

• In-depth technical knowledge in areas such as infrastructure, APIs, WebRTC, telephony, or AI/ML pipelines

• Strong instincts for understanding customer needs

• Ability to influence cross-functional teams

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to navigate ambiguity with ease
