This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and implement the product roadmap for Enterprise AI encompassing GTM and Corporate Functions.
• Oversee cross-functional product development across various business areas.
• Create AI-driven solutions for Sales, Support, and Operations departments.
• Establish AI-powered solutions for Finance, Legal, and HR departments.
• Utilize the Enterprise AI platform to create agentic solutions.
• Integrate with enterprise systems to provide smooth AI experiences.
• Collaborate with business leaders to grasp their strategic goals and operational hurdles.
• Promote adoption and enablement by engaging directly with end users and collecting feedback.
• Assess and communicate impact through clear metrics regarding productivity enhancements and efficiency gains.
• Over 7 years of product management experience in fast-paced technology environments.
• A minimum of 3 years in GTM functions (sales operations, customer support, compliance/risk operations) and/or Corporate Functions (finance operations, legal tech, HR tech).
• In-depth knowledge of at least two of the following domains: sales workflows and CRM systems, customer support operations and help desk platforms, compliance/risk operations and fraud detection systems, financial operations and ERP systems, legal operations and contract lifecycle management, HR operations and human capital management systems.
• Proven track record of developing products that cater to diverse user personas and use cases within a cohesive platform strategy.
• Strong technical proficiency with AI/ML concepts, agentic systems, workflow automation, and conversational AI.
• Expertise in SQL with the capability to extract, analyze, and interpret data independently to guide product decisions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience in influencing senior leaders and fostering cross-functional alignment.
• Proven success in delivering measurable business outcomes through product innovation and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
