This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Define and implement the product roadmap for Enterprise AI, encompassing GTM and Corporate Functions.

• Lead collaborative product development initiatives across various business domains.

• Create AI-driven solutions for Sales, Support, and Operations functions.

• Develop AI-enabled solutions for Finance, Legal, and HR functions.

• Utilize the Enterprise AI platform to create agentic solutions.

• Integrate with enterprise systems to provide seamless AI experiences.

• Partner with business leaders to grasp their strategic goals and operational challenges.

• Promote adoption and enablement by engaging directly with end users and collecting feedback.

• Assess and communicate impact through clear metrics related to productivity gains and efficiency enhancements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of product management experience in dynamic technology firms.

• Minimum of 3 years in GTM functions (sales operations, customer support, compliance/risk operations) and/or Corporate Functions (finance operations, legal tech, HR tech).

• Profound understanding of at least two of the following areas: sales workflows and CRM systems, customer support operations and help desk platforms, compliance/risk operations and fraud detection systems, financial operations and ERP systems, legal operations and contract lifecycle management, HR operations and human capital management systems.

• Demonstrated capability to develop products that cater to diverse user personas and use cases within a cohesive platform strategy.

• Strong technical knowledge of AI/ML concepts, agentic systems, workflow automation, and conversational AI.

• Proficient in SQL with the ability to independently extract, analyze, and interpret data to guide product decisions.

• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with experience in influencing senior leaders and fostering cross-functional alignment.

• Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact through product innovation and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
