Staff Product Manager, Developer Workflows

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market leaders.

• Take charge of defining the roadmap, prioritization, and product strategy.

• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly prioritization efforts within your product domain.

• Advocate for the customer’s perspective in every aspect of your development.

• Set and manage success metrics for your product area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience as a Product Manager.

• In-depth knowledge of developer workflows, the tools they utilize, and trends in the rapidly changing AI landscape.

• Demonstrated ability to define and implement product roadmaps.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Experience communicating at an executive level.

• Familiarity with establishing OKRs, success metrics, and measurement frameworks.
