• Take ownership of the Checkout product strategy, roadmap, and overall performance.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to implement complex initiatives.
• Manage the complete delivery process with minimal supervision.
• Own key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data to shape business strategy.
• Ensure alignment among senior stakeholders regarding the Checkout strategy.
• Supervise go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Checkout launches across various segments.
• Proven hands-on experience in payments, checkout, or similar consumer-facing fintech roles at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to own high-stakes, complex products from inception to completion.
• Possess technical credibility with systems and APIs.
• Strong data fluency and a metrics-driven mindset.
• Experience working in scale-up or startup environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capability to navigate challenging trade-offs among multiple stakeholders.
