This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Oversee the pricing and product strategy for Card IC+. Launch Stripe’s IC+ pricing for Cards in new geographical regions and enhance adoption among enterprise clients.
• Equip GTM teams with the necessary tools and cost insights to optimize sales and customer success efforts for the IC+ product.
• Direct the monetization strategy for Cards at Stripe. This includes determining the pricing structure for card transactions globally, establishing pricing principles, making pricing decisions, and operationalizing these decisions in collaboration with pricing, finance, marketing, and GTM teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science to create visibility into existing pricing, margins, and revenue realization to effectively set prices. You will analyze insights and convert them into pricing recommendations.
• Establish procedures for competitive analysis and regular pricing reviews. Gradually, you will collaborate with engineering and data science to automate pricing processes.
• Investigate best practices in pricing automation, such as algorithmic bundling and discounting, to develop a comprehensive B2B pricing automation framework at Stripe.
• Adopt a customer-centric approach while monitoring competitors to discover new pricing models. You will build the business case, explore testing methods, and, upon validation, collaborate across the company to implement new pricing models.
• Engage daily with various organizational stakeholders, including Engineering, Design, Data Science, GTM, Pricing, Marketing, PMs, and Operations, to ensure flawless execution of product and pricing initiatives.
• Ultimately, you will share responsibility for revenue growth and margin enhancement for the Cards business through IC+ launches and pricing enhancements.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a product management role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of B2B go-to-market strategies, pricing, and contracting processes and tools.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, data science, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working alongside go-to-market teams in a B2B sales context.
• Background in B2B Pricing and Monetization.
• Strong analytical skills to deeply evaluate data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions. A successful history of measuring product initiatives, including those with less obvious metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Demonstrated successes in continuous product enhancement as well as 0 to 1 product launches.
• A mindset of ownership and determination to do whatever is necessary to ensure product success.
• Proven capability to deliver high-impact presentations to executive audiences.
