Staff Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

đź“‹ Description

• Coordinate and execute the quarterly roadmap aimed at achieving operational excellence in the outbound/logistics sector, including conveyance and robotics integrations.

• Convert business objectives into comprehensive product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure it aligns with business goals and user requirements.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and AI/ML teams to develop, launch, and refine internal products.

• Lead cross-functional product development cycles utilizing Agile methodologies for a dedicated product engineering team.

• Identify product deficiencies, track performance against quarterly OKRs, and suggest improvements based on insights and user feedback.

• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout all development phases.

• Promote a culture of experimentation, ongoing improvement, and customer-centric thinking.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product management, preferably within eCommerce platforms or operational settings.

• Background in using tools for item creation and catalog management.

• Understanding of AI/ML-driven automation, particularly in areas like computer vision, tagging/classification, or digital media processing.

• Demonstrated success in managing the complete product lifecycle—from concept to launch and iteration, including both build and buy solutions.

• Strong analytical capabilities and experience collaborating with engineering teams and vendor integrations.

• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as engineering, data science, merchandising, and operations.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), and related ceremonies.

• Self-motivated and adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline—or equivalent practical experience.

• Skill in translating complex business concepts into understandable components and capabilities.

• Ability to work across both technical and non-technical teams.

• Capable of working independently with minimal direction.
