This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Bellese is seeking an AI-enabled product engineer to swiftly create prototypes and proofs of concept.
• In this role, you will guide a small group of junior technologists in developing solutions for early-stage concepts generated by various teams and through organic ideation sessions.
• Your focus will be on rapidly delivering functional software that can showcase genuine business impact to clients.
• You will prioritize launching products within weeks rather than months.
• Instead of merely defining system architecture, you will influence how products deliver measurable value to clients.
• You will demonstrate resilience and creativity in refining and assessing proposed technology solutions, unafraid to abandon methods that are ineffective.
• This position redefines the traditional engineer role. You will not receive fully developed product specifications or features; rather, you will transform nascent ideas into operational software.
• You will take on more responsibility throughout the product lifecycle compared to a conventional software engineer.
• A solid foundation in software engineering and contemporary software development, with extensive experience in various tools and programming languages.
• Direct experience utilizing AI solutions for product development.
• Proven track record in building early-stage software products.
• Experience collaborating directly with product and business leaders to create software that addresses complex business challenges.
• Proficiency in quickly iterating on potential technology solutions for intricate business issues.
• Background in small, entrepreneurial settings.
• Experience in developing solutions for public healthcare challenges, along with an understanding of the related difficulties (e.g., HIPAA, data inconsistencies) and opportunities (e.g., FHIR).
• Proven ability to envision new solutions, prioritize them against available resources, and discontinue unproductive efforts.
