📋 Description

• Oversee design initiatives across two unique B2B platforms - partner configuration tools and the hotel supply system.

• Establish design leadership at the Staff level: define strategy, facilitate reviews, and elevate the quality of work across the team, beyond merely executing features.

• Deliver consumer-grade design excellence to complex, operator-facing workflows utilized by our sophisticated partners and hotel supply teams.

• Collaborate closely with Product Management, engineering, and partnerships to transform intricate, API-driven configurations into seamless, dependable, and polished user experiences.

• Propel the team towards innovative AI-driven tools (Figma, Cursor, Pencil) and contribute to the ongoing development of Engine's design system.

• Expertise in the comprehensive product development lifecycle—from initial product planning and discovery to conceptualization, build-ready designs, and prototypes.

• Strong proficiency in visual, interaction, and UX design, emphasizing simplicity, utility, and user satisfaction within the enterprise sector.

• Demonstrated capability in managing stakeholder relationships in collaboration with Product Managers, engineers, data teams, and executives.

• Familiarity with modern design tools such as Figma, design systems, and emerging technologies like Pencil and Cursor.

• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities—you can articulate not only what you designed but also the rationale behind it.
