• Spearhead the complete UX design process – encompassing research and synthesis, concept development, prototyping, and validation.
• Establish product strategies for client projects, rooted in user research and the business landscape.
• Implement Product Thinking and outcome-driven methodologies (JTBD, hypothesis-based design, success metrics).
• Set and uphold quality benchmarks for design outputs across project teams.
• Engage directly with client stakeholders at the management level.
• Champion best design practices within the organization.
• Lead design project teams (3–5 members) and mentor both junior and senior designers.
• Assist in presales efforts for existing clients and new business opportunities – contribute design artifacts, concepts, and effort estimations for pitches and proposals.
• Utilize AI tools and workflows actively in daily design tasks – from research synthesis and ideation to prototyping.
• Comprehend AI interaction patterns (automation vs. augmentation) and incorporate them into product design decisions.
• Proactively advocate for the integration of AI in client projects – identify areas where AI adds value and promote its inclusion.
• Serve as an AI influencer within the team – share insights, introduce new tools and workflows, and enhance AI literacy among peers.
• Contribute to thought leadership through internal presentations, blog posts, or community engagement.
• 8–12 years of experience in UX/Product Design, preferably within a digital consulting or agency setting.
• T-shaped profile – extensive UX expertise coupled with a solid grasp of UI, Research, Service Design, and technology context.
• Proven track record in leading design teams and delivering intricate digital products.
• Strong Product Sense – adept at aligning user needs with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated fluency in AI – active engagement with AI-enhanced design workflows and understanding of AI-driven product patterns.
• Familiarity with dual-track agile software development.
• Proficiency in relevant design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
• Excellent command of English (C1); native proficiency in the respective target market is preferred.
• University degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience.
• Confidence in client interactions – capable of presenting and justifying design choices to senior stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Hands-on approach with a pragmatic, impact-focused mindset.
• Team-oriented individual with a strong sense of responsibility and a “Here to Help” attitude.
