Staff Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete design process for key product areas—transforming concepts from initial ideas to final execution.

• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to outline team roadmaps and ensure we are addressing the right challenges.

• Work in partnership with engineers to guarantee a high-quality implementation that aligns with the design vision.

• Develop flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively convey design concepts.

• Lead design sprints, conduct user research sessions, and facilitate collaborative workshops.

• Assist in the evolution and maintenance of our design system to provide a consistent experience across the platform.

• Operate in a fully remote setting!

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing thoughtful, intuitive web applications.

• Proven experience in launching complex B2B or SaaS products, with the ability to articulate your process.

• Strong understanding of systems and patterns, with a keen intuition for usability, interaction design, and hierarchy.

• Ability to navigate seamlessly between user experience, interaction, and visual design.

• A robust portfolio that showcases your product design thinking and meticulous attention to detail.

• A passion for thriving in fast-paced, collaborative settings while working closely with engineers and stakeholders.
