Staff Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the UX/UI strategy and steer the product direction for Pantheon’s product roadmap.

• Act as a genuine product partner in the design, development, leadership, and execution of product strategy.

• Collaborate with diverse teams to create high-quality user experiences.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools to enhance design workflows and boost efficiency.

• Strong hands-on product design capabilities, able to guide products from initial concept to high-fidelity designs and successful implementation.

• Proven experience in designing products that integrate AI functionalities and intelligent features.

• Capable of defining the vision for product design within a software organization.

• Expertise in managing the development of design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products and platforms.

• Extensive experience in conducting research to shape long-term product strategies and uncover new software opportunities.

• Skilled in driving organizational change and process enhancements to elevate design maturity.

• Proficient in using success metrics to assess the impact of design solutions on user outcomes.

• Capable of mentoring designers and offering strategic insights to product and engineering leadership.

• Able to effectively communicate product strategy, design strategy, vision, and outcomes to senior leadership, product teams, and stakeholders.

• Eager to represent the company’s design and product expertise at industry events and conferences.
