This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Establish the UX/UI strategy and steer product direction for a significant segment of Pantheon's product roadmap.

• Design, develop, lead, and propel product strategy from the outset.

• Expertise in utilizing AI tools to enhance design workflows and boost productivity.

• Strong practical product design skills, capable of guiding products from initial concept to high-fidelity designs and implementation.

• Proven experience in designing products that integrate AI capabilities and intelligent features.

• Capacity to define the vision for product design within a software organization.

• Proficiency in managing the progression of design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products and platforms.

• Extensive experience in conducting research to shape long-term product strategy and discover new software opportunities.

• Ability to drive organizational transformation and process improvements to enhance design maturity.

• Expertise in utilizing success metrics to assess the impact of design solutions on user outcomes.

• Capability to mentor designers and provide strategic insights to product and engineering leadership.

• Proficiency in articulating product strategy, design strategy, vision, and outcomes to senior leadership, product teams, and stakeholders.

• Willingness to represent the company's design and product expertise at industry events and conferences.
