This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Establish the UX/UI strategy and oversee product direction for a key segment of Pantheon's product roadmap.

• Create, develop, lead, and drive product strategy from the outset.

• Expertise in utilizing AI tools to enhance design workflows and improve efficiency.

• Strong practical product design abilities, capable of guiding products from initial concept to high-fidelity designs and implementation.

• Proven experience in designing products that integrate AI functionalities and intelligent features.

• Capacity to articulate the vision for product design within a software organization.

• Proficiency in managing the development of design systems, ensuring uniformity and scalability across all products and platforms.

• Extensive knowledge in conducting research to shape long-term product strategy and uncover new software opportunities.

• Ability to drive organizational transformation and enhance design maturity through process improvements.

• Skill in utilizing success metrics to assess the impact of design solutions on user experiences.

• Capability to mentor designers and contribute strategic insights to product and engineering leadership.

• Competence in communicating product strategy, design strategy, vision, and outcomes to senior leadership, product teams, and stakeholders.
