Staff MLOps Engineer – AI/ML Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and make decisions regarding the existing pipeline

• Develop the collaborative AI/ML platform

• Manage the entire ML lifecycle

• Own the training infrastructure on Databricks and Unity Catalog

• Create the serving layer

• Integrate with our Java/Spring services

• Establish the observability required for our models

• Define cost-effective training and serving patterns

• Serve as a force multiplier by mentoring AI/ML and Infrastructure engineers

• Promote the adoption of AI tooling
