Staff Machine Learning Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and operationalize scalable, secure, and responsible Generative AI solutions.

• Lead the advancement and execution of sophisticated machine learning models.

• Work collaboratively with various departments to gather business requirements.

• Engage with stakeholders to establish performance metrics and evaluation methods.

• Design and execute scalable machine learning infrastructures.

• Provide guidance on the optimization and enhancement of data pipelines and model training workflows.

• Consult and share technical insights with stakeholders through presentations.

• Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations.

• Oversee team performance through constructive feedback and performance evaluations.

• Keep abreast of the latest developments in machine learning and related technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in large-scale software development.

• More than 5 years of experience in solution architecture or system design.

• At least 5 years of experience building large-scale microservices/APIs using Node.js.

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with GCP and AWS (including serverless, event-driven, AI/ML, CI/CD).

• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

• Extensive experience with Python for AI/ML engineering.
