Staff Machine Learning Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the execution of ML systems, including data pipelines, training workflows, evaluation systems, inference architecture, and deployment.

• Refine and modify models using cutting-edge techniques such as LoRA, QLoRA, SFT, DPO, and distillation.

• Design and manage scalable inference systems.

• Create and sustain data systems for training data.

• Establish evaluation pipelines that address performance, robustness, safety, and bias.

• Oversee production deployment, incorporating GPU optimization and scaling strategies.
