• Conduct in-depth analysis of user challenges to streamline operational workflows, enabling the business to operate efficiently.

• Design straightforward, modular, and adaptable software systems that can evolve with rapidly changing business requirements.

• Oversee both backend and frontend development for key projects utilizing all facets of a contemporary tech stack.

• Implement robust automated testing practices across unit, integration, and system layers.

• Enhance the reliability, observability, and operational robustness of production systems.

• Standardize AI-enhanced workflows throughout development, testing, and operations.

• Uphold clear engineering patterns, maintain high code quality standards, and enforce review discipline.

• Guide junior engineers through direct coaching, collaborative pairing, and design evaluations.

• Boost team efficiency by minimizing friction, simplifying architecture, and eliminating waste.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in building and operating production-grade distributed systems.

• Extensive background in full stack software development using Python, Go, or a similar object-oriented language.

• Proficient in frontend development utilizing React or comparable JavaScript frameworks.

• Experience in designing distributed and event-driven systems utilizing Kafka or similar technologies.

• Knowledge in database modeling and performance optimization with Postgres.

• Proven track record of designing systems that are simple, adaptable, and resilient.

• Successful implementation of comprehensive automated testing strategies.

• Experience influencing architectural decisions in rapidly evolving environments.

• History of mentoring and developing junior engineers.
