Staff Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of features from inception to deployment across the entire stack.

• Establish the quality standards for frontend AI-native product interfaces.

• Develop and sustain the integration layer that connects the user-facing product with the Civic Agent Platform.

• Participate in the assessment and quality assurance of user-facing AI functionalities.

• Elevate engineering standards by creating shared infrastructure and improved tools.

• Facilitate technical discussions across the full stack.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering.

• At least 3 years of experience at the Staff level or in a comparable role.

• Expertise in Next.js/React and NestJS/TypeScript.

• Extensive experience in constructing cloud infrastructure, particularly with AWS.

• Familiarity with features powered by large language models (LLMs).

• Knowledge of Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI tools, LangChain, or similar technologies.

• Commitment to staying informed about developments in AI engineering.
