This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop across the entire technology stack, from backend services and infrastructure to refined frontend user experiences, taking ownership of features from initial concept to deployment and iterative enhancements.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (such as Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, ChatGPT, Devin, or similar) in your daily tasks to speed up delivery, enhance code quality, and boost engineering efficiency.
• Spot opportunities to incorporate AI into both our product offerings and internal engineering workflows, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and team productivity.
• Produce high-quality, production-ready code that emphasizes speed, maintainability, reliability, and scalability.
• Influence architectural decisions and platform advancements that facilitate quicker product development and ensure long-term technical adaptability.
• Work closely with product and design teams to transform ideas, customer insights, and prototypes into seamless user experiences.
• Guide and mentor fellow engineers to elevate the technical standards across the organization through insightful leadership, constructive feedback, and engineering excellence.
• Advocate for contemporary engineering methodologies, encompassing automation, observability, AI-driven workflows, and rapid experimentation.
• 8+ years of practical software engineering experience, preferably in SaaS or large-scale web applications.
• Demonstrated capability to design and deliver intricate systems from end to end across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and data layers.
• Strong expertise with modern AI engineering tools and workflows. You actively utilize AI for coding, debugging, researching, prototyping, documenting, and enhancing productivity.
• An inclination towards execution and iteration, allowing you to act swiftly without compromising quality.
• Keen product and UX intuition. You are passionate about developing high-performance systems *and* delivering refined user experiences.
• A systems-oriented mindset and technical discernment. You can navigate short-term pragmatism while ensuring long-term scalability and maintainability.
• A collaborative, low-ego mindset. You work effectively with engineering, product, and design teams and can articulate complex ideas clearly.
