Staff Frontend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of features from defining the problem alongside Product to delivering and assessing impact, encompassing onboarding, activation, dashboards, and billing/account user interfaces.

• Develop with an AI-first approach utilizing tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, or Cursor.

• Ensure that what you release is equipped with event tracking and dashboards.

• Conduct experiments aimed at enhancing activation and conversion based on actual usage data.

• Work collaboratively with diverse teams to influence API design and engage in backend tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A robust product-oriented mindset.

• Proficient in React.

• Capacity to collaborate extensively with teams, including Product, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Backend Engineers.

• Skilled in event tracking and dashboards (Amplitude, Segment, BigQuery, PostHog).

• Experience in executing A/B tests and refining activation and conversion strategies.

• Background in mentoring fellow engineers.
