React Developer – Mid/Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the development of Itaú's Chat platform by enhancing the new Web experience utilizing React and its integration with native applications (Android and iOS).

• Transition the existing Angular solution to React.

• Create reusable components through React and Web Components.

• Implement real-time communication using WebSocket technology.

• Connect Web and Mobile applications via WebView bridges.

• Enhance the Server-Driven UI (SDUI) architecture by utilizing backend-defined contracts for dynamic interface rendering.

• Progress the Design System and ensure its uniform application across both Web and Mobile platforms.

• Assist in the strategy for sharing user experiences across Web and Mobile channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with React in medium to large-scale applications.

• Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Familiarity with real-time communication utilizing WebSocket.

• Knowledgeable in SPA/SSG application architectures.

• Experienced in consuming REST APIs.

• Skilled in developing reusable components.

• Understanding of best practices in front-end architecture.

• Preferred: Experience with React Native.

• Background in Server-Driven UI (SDUI) or contract-driven architectures.

• Experience in building or utilizing Design Systems.

• Knowledge of Web Components.

• Familiarity with communication between Web and Mobile applications (WebView bridges).

• Experience in transitioning from Angular to React.

• Knowledge of native Android development or prior experience in mobile development.
