Staff Forward Deploy Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Fullstack Software Development (primarily utilizing React and Java)

• Engaging with customers to gather requirements

• Facilitating customer integrations, deployments, and enablement

• Contributing upstream to the core product

• Providing technical leadership and mentorship

• Creating and reviewing technical specifications

• Conducting code reviews

• Collaborating and supporting team efforts

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong computer science foundation with over 6 years of engineering experience in both backend and frontend development

• Demonstrated expertise in designing and operating distributed systems or services that are data-intensive

• Proven history of leading major projects from start to finish, navigating ambiguity, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders

• Experience working directly with customers or senior stakeholders to develop technical solutions

• In-depth proficiency in at least one production programming language (Java is strongly preferred; 5+ years) along with comfort in at least one additional language

• Appreciation for elegant, concise, and readable code

• Ability to adapt to new tools and codebases as required, with potential exposure to modern Java, React, TypeScript, Kafka, Redis, GraphQL, Node.js, SentinelOne's platform, and more

• Experience in the cybersecurity field is highly preferred
