• Design, develop, and sustain reusable frameworks, SDKs, and core platform services utilizing Node.js and GoLang.
• Create scalable, cloud-native solutions by harnessing the power of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Architect and optimize systems to effectively manage large-scale data and high-throughput workloads.
• Contribute to robust service architectures capable of supporting significant scale while adhering to high reliability and observability standards.
• Lead technical design evaluations, set engineering best practices, and provide mentorship to senior engineers across various teams.
• Influence architectural choices regarding scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, infrastructure, and engineering teams to deliver dependable platform capabilities.
• Enhance developer productivity by creating internal tools, shared libraries, and scalable engineering foundations.
• Spearhead initiatives that effectively integrate AI into engineering workflows, including code generation, testing, developer tools, incident analysis, and SDLC automation.
• Develop and refine systems, platforms, and engineering processes that boost SDLC efficiency, release velocity, reliability, and developer experience.
• Assume responsibility for critical platform initiatives from architectural design through to production operations.
• Over 9 years of software engineering experience with a proven track record in building distributed systems or large-scale backend services.
• Practical experience in designing, optimizing, and scaling extensive backend systems and data-heavy applications.
• In-depth knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and observability frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering workflows and the development of systems/processes that enhance SDLC efficiency and engineering productivity.
• Demonstrated capability to lead technically, navigate uncertainty, and achieve significant engineering results.
• Experience in operating systems at scale with a strong emphasis on performance, reliability, and resilience.
