Staff Engineer, .Net Core – Optimizely CMS 12, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications utilizing ASP.NET Core and .NET technologies.

• Create responsive and user-friendly frontend applications leveraging Angular, React, or Blazor.

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs along with microservices.

• Customize and manage content management system (CMS) driven websites and applications using Sitecore, Umbraco, Kentico, or Optimizely.

• Build reusable CMS templates, components, workflows, and modules.

• Collaborate with business, content, and design teams to deliver effective digital solutions.

• Design and manage databases, including queries and stored procedures.

• Integrate applications with external systems such as CRM, ERP, payment gateways, and APIs.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and assist with cloud deployments on Microsoft Azure.

• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical discussions.

• Maintain technical documentation and assist with production deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6+ years of total experience.

• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, Optimizely CMS 12, and React.

• Practical experience with frontend technologies such as React, Blazor, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

• Experience with CMS platforms like Sitecore, Umbraco, Kentico, or Optimizely.

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and various integration patterns.

• Proficient in SQL Server/MySQL and database optimization techniques.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Microsoft Azure.

• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, security standards, and performance optimization.

• Understanding of headless CMS architectures and third-party integrations.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in Agile/Scrum development environments.
