Staff Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain robust and scalable software solutions.

• Produce efficient, reusable, and thoroughly documented code.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.

• Perform code reviews and offer constructive feedback to maintain code quality.

• Investigate and address software defects and issues promptly.

• Continually seek out and apply best practices for code optimization and enhancement.

• Mentor and support junior developers on the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 8 years of demonstrated experience as a Software Developer.

• Strong analytical skills and the capability to write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code.

• Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle and industry best practices.

• Proven capacity to collaborate effectively within a team setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
