Staff Engineer – AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Seeking an AI Engineer with 6-9 years of professional experience.

• Responsible for designing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.

• Integrating generative AI technologies within enterprise cloud infrastructures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6-9 years of experience as an AI Engineer.

• Practical experience in shop floor operations, production planning, and systems such as MES, SCADA, and ERP.

• Expertise in industrial communication protocols including OPC-UA, MQTT, and Modbus.

• Capability to connect OT (Operational Technology) and IT (Information Technology) systems for real-time data processing.

• Hands-on experience with OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), Six Sigma, SPC (Statistical Process Control), and lean methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills — adept at converting complex model outputs into straightforward, actionable insights.
