Staff Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance machine learning systems.

• Engage in the entire lifecycle of machine learning applications, from research and prototyping to production.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and clients to establish the vision and strategy for specific products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A versatile AI engineer capable of navigating both domains with minimal assistance.

• Familiarity with the typical lifecycle of machine learning product development, from conception to deployment.

• Prior experience in creating and deploying applications based on Generative AI.

• Knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph is advantageous.

• Experience in constructing microservices; familiarity with Golang is a bonus.

• Proficient programming skills in at least one object-oriented language (Java, Scala, C++, Python, Golang, etc.).

• Significant experience in building and managing infrastructure for deploying and operating ML models in a production environment.

• Experience working with distributed data processing frameworks like Spark; knowledge of Spark's MLlib, AWS, Databricks, and MLFlow is a plus.

• A solid understanding of statistics and machine learning, with practical experience in applying these concepts to real-world challenges.

• Hands-on approach with a willingness to rapidly learn new tools and languages, coupled with enthusiasm for building and experimenting.

• A commitment to supporting your team beyond expectations.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with seasoned engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver innovative customer-facing features and products.

• A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, along with 7-10 years of industry experience or equivalent.
