Staff BPM, Platform & Product Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and enhance core operating rhythms for Platform and Product Engineering (e.g., delivery reviews, business reviews, leadership/all-hands inputs, calibration support), ensuring well-defined agendas, inputs, owners, and follow-ups.

• Develop repeatable processes to collect updates and facilitate decision-making without imposing unnecessary bureaucracy.

• Collaborate with Product Operations, TPMs, and functional leaders to guarantee a consistent rhythm of end-to-end delivery status reporting and associated artifacts.

• Distill cross-team updates into actionable narratives that elucidate progress, risks, trade-offs, and necessary decisions.

• Establish and uphold tracking for broader organizational programs and business initiatives within Platform and Product Engineering.

• Foster alignment on program milestones, ownership, and timelines; proactively highlight risks, constraints, and trade-offs.

• Ensure clear escalation pathways and decision-making forums for program-level risks, resource limitations, and inter-team dependencies.

• Facilitate coordination across functions for initiatives that involve multiple teams.

• Identify friction points and failure modes within the operating system and recommend enhancements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in program management, business operations, or similar roles within a technology setting.

• Demonstrated capability to manage cross-functional operating rhythms and planning processes involving various stakeholders.

• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and written communication abilities.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and continuously improve systems.

• Proven experience utilizing AI tools to enhance the speed and quality of synthesis, reporting, and documentation (with appropriate review, validation, and confidentiality measures).

• Background in supporting an engineering organization and closely collaborating with Product Operations and TPM (preferred).

• Experience with portfolio visibility and lightweight reporting to guide trade-offs and prioritization (preferred).
