Staff Backend Engineer, Golang

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Tackle thrilling technical challenges due to the nature of our product, which experiences surges of millions of users connecting within a 2-minute timeframe.

• Contribute to the creation of a robust architecture capable of supporting massive scale as we welcome new users and expand into new countries.

• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to develop new features for the application.

• Analyze trade-offs and resolve technical challenges related to essential components of our backend.

• Engage in code and design reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience working on APIs within distributed architecture.

• Demonstrated expertise in Go and contributions to the development of high-volume API microservices.

• Self-sufficient with previous experience in a startup or similar environment.

• Value collaboration and excel in challenging situations.

• Fluent in English, as our team is diverse and international.

• Master's degree in computer science or a related field.

• Passionate about the project, motivated, and eager to embark on an exciting and challenging journey.
