Staff Automation Engineer – Internal Audit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement systems that streamline audit workflows through automation.

• Examine and map intricate end-to-end audit processes to discover opportunities for automation.

• Utilize Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to minimize waste within the audit lifecycle.

• Create and launch AI-enhanced workflows employing various AI technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or Accounting with a strong technical emphasis.

• 5–8+ years of experience in Audit Transformation, Process Excellence, or Business Systems Engineering.

• Practical experience with LLM orchestration tools (such as Vellum, LangChain, or Copilot Studio).

• Advanced skills in Power Automate, Zapier/Make, or n8n.

• A robust background in manufacturing or organizations involved in government contracting.

• Practical experience with SQL, Python, DataSnipper, or AI-driven audit tools (e.g., Alteryx, MindBridge, or custom GPT agents).

• Proficient in Data Governance and Data Warehousing (Snowflake/DataBricks).
