Manager, AI & Automation Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

• Spearhead the implementation of AI-driven business solutions from initial concept to production.

• Ensure the effective deployment of AI solutions within enterprise production settings.

• Convert business requirements into actionable engineering delivery strategies.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and engagement leads to grasp priorities and outline implementation roadmaps.

• Lead and nurture an offshore engineering team.

• Foster a high-performing engineering culture that emphasizes accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in delivering enterprise software solutions.

• Proven experience in leading engineering or technical delivery teams.

• Strong background in delivering cloud-native software, APIs, automation, and integration solutions.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple simultaneous initiatives.
