This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• The main duty of an RPS staff appraiser is to perform comprehensive property evaluations, delivering detailed and impartial assessments of property value through an in-depth analysis of market trends, property conditions, and comparable sales.
• Besides appraising properties, the staff appraiser guarantees compliance with industry regulations and client specifications, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure prompt report delivery and the resolution of any issues that arise during the appraisal process. This position demands strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication skills to engage with clients, appraisers, and internal teams, ensuring a smooth workflow from order initiation to completion.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in appraisal.
