Staff AI Product Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of AI-driven enhancements in essential brightwheel workflows from start to finish

• Design and develop cross-functional AI services

• Manage the complete product lifecycle as a hybrid PM+Eng+Data developer

• Create common abstractions and tools for AI integration

• Design our data and system architecture to enable AI to connect longitudinal signals

• Set a standard in AI-enhanced engineering

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in software engineering

• A demonstrated history of launching AI-powered products into production

• Practical experience with large language models (LLMs) in real-world applications

• Strong foundation in computer science principles (e.g., data structures, algorithms, and systems design)

• Proficient backend engineering skills in at least one contemporary web stack (such as Ruby on Rails, Python, Go, or Node)

• Experience in developing modern web front-ends, preferably using React or a similar component-based framework.
