This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate across Product functions to establish key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and product roadmap planning.
• Specify how success is evaluated for AI-driven product experiences, covering aspects such as adoption, engagement, quality, retention, and user outcomes.
• Oversee the implementation of product data instrumentation in conjunction with our Product Design, Product Management, and Engineering teams to facilitate accurate analysis of AI features and workflows.
• Design, assess, and interpret experiments to evaluate the effects of new AI capabilities and guide product decisions.
• Create dbt models to transform and validate our user behavior data in collaboration with our Analytics Engineering team.
• Advocate for best practices in Product Analytics across teams and assist in establishing standards as the company evolves.
• Play a key role in shaping the long-term vision and strategy for Product Analytics, balancing immediate requirements with scalable, sustainable solutions.
• Proven experience collaborating with product and engineering teams, along with a strong understanding of common product KPIs and frameworks (e.g., DAU/MAU, funnels, A/B testing).
• Demonstrated experience in defining and monitoring success metrics for intricate product domains, preferably including AI-driven features or workflows.
• Proficient in SQL: crafting complex yet efficient SQL queries is a standard part of your daily routine.
• Data Visualization: familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Looker, Omni, Hex, or Grafana is essential.
• Experience in writing dbt models, deploying Product Analytics tools (e.g., Heap, Pendo, Amplitude, FullStory), and managing code version control (git).
• Proficient in utilizing AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) for rapid prototyping and iterative work across analysis, data modeling, instrumentation, visualization, and code development.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences and nurturing essential cross-team and cross-functional relationships vital for the team's success.
