Staff AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Assist a prominent healthcare client with AI-driven applications.

• Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams.

• Design, develop, and implement scalable AI solutions.

• Concentrate on constructing and deploying GenAI and ML solutions within GCP environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R.

• Familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

• Experience in creating and refining algorithms, neural networks, and various machine learning techniques.

• Background in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.

• Skilled in collecting, analyzing, and managing extensive datasets to train AI models.

• Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.

• Required experience in building models for time series analysis and predictive analytics using TensorFlow or PyTorch.

• Advanced skills in prompt engineering.

• Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks and workflows, such as Lang graph, CrewAI, or Open AI Swarm.

• Proficient with RAG frameworks, including model ReRankers and tool calling.

• Expertise in Python programming.
