Staff AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• You will serve as one of the main technical experts on the team, tasked with developing and enhancing generative AI solutions for conversational products while improving operational efficiency.

• Alongside engaging in hands-on tasks involving modeling, data analysis, and prompt engineering, you will actively contribute to establishing technical standards, making architectural decisions, and facilitating the integration of science and engineering to effectively scale our AI solutions with both quality and impact.

• Our team operates in an agile framework, consistently pursuing results through experimentation and short validation cycles. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and adheres to exemplary engineering and data science practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in Python, particularly in designing and experimenting with generative AI applications in production environments;

• Capability to spearhead technical projects, shaping modeling standards, code quality, and data architecture;

• Perform consistent and clear quantitative analyses, from problem identification to result presentation;

• Document and convey data-driven insights to peers across various domains and technical levels;

• Engage in rapid interaction cycles related to the training, fine-tuning, testing, and deployment of models;

• Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, information retrieval, and optimization techniques;

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design efficient pipelines and integrations that effectively bring models to production.
