AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions that facilitate industrial automation, smart manufacturing, and digital transformation efforts.

• Design and launch GenAI applications (such as chatbots, copilots, and RAG systems) utilizing Azure OpenAI and LLMs.

• Construct and sustain AI services and APIs on Microsoft Azure.

• Develop scalable data pipelines for training and inference processes.

• Execute and deploy ML models for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and automation applications.

• Containerize and deploy AI solutions leveraging Docker and cloud services like AKS and Azure Functions.

• Establish and manage vector databases and retrieval systems for enterprise and industrial data.

• Ensure monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management of AI models (MLOps).

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate AI into industrial and enterprise systems.

• Remain informed about emerging trends in AI/ML, cloud technologies, and advancements in DevSecOps.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Artificial Intelligence (preferred).

• Practical experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Machine Learning technologies.

• Strong programming proficiency in Python.

• Expertise in Machine Learning frameworks such as Langchain, Langgraph, and Llamaindex.

• Experience in developing Advanced RAG systems.

• Familiarity with the development of MCP / A2A protocols.

• Skills in evaluating, observing, and tracing LLM applications.

• Preferred familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and security tools including GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, Kubeflow, Airflow, MLflow, Prometheus, Grafana, and NeuVector.

• Understanding of cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.

• Knowledge of AI model deployment and lifecycle management.

• Excellent communication and consulting abilities, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work effectively within multicultural, international teams in distributed environments.

• Proficiency in English.

• Preferred certifications: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, Certified Kubernetes Developer, NVIDIA-Certified Associate.

• Willingness and readiness to travel as necessary for project or client requirements is expected.
