This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete accounts payable and accounts receivable process, including data entry and communications with retailers and vendors.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to collect data and deliver insights for informed decision-making.
• Aid in the month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring precision and adherence to accounting standards.
• Assist with the implementation, upkeep, and management of accounting software and systems.
• Guarantee compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Possess 2-3 years of accounting experience, with a solid understanding and application of GAAP.
• A detail-oriented and proactive individual who thrives in collaborative environments.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets (including formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and VBA) to enhance and automate accounting processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with Netsuite, Ramp, Bill.com, and Google Suite.
