This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Initiate, monitor, and finalize the self-directed employee onboarding process through ADP Workforce Now for all employees in the US and PH.
• Verify employee information for precision, including name, address, tax ID, tax withholdings, and more.
• Update payroll details for employees, encompassing marital status, job titles, wages, hires, and separations.
• Maintain the accuracy of payroll data entry for the US team by reviewing employee timecards for regular hours, overtime, sick leave, vacation time, and other pay codes.
• Enter additional earnings, such as bonuses or commissions.
• Ensure adherence to US federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
• Calculate and process payroll adjustments within the ADP Workforce Now system.
• Assist with special payments and reconciliations as needed.
• Address and resolve all payroll inquiries in a precise, courteous, and confidential manner.
• Prepare weekly and monthly headcount summaries and other reports as required.
• Modify ADP’s setup as necessary to meet various labor laws, leave laws, and compliance requirements throughout the United States.
• Approach each day with a proactive "Zag" mindset.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles.
• Must possess experience with payroll and HRIS systems.
• Familiarity with the ADP Workforce Now product is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven analytical abilities combined with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated capability to work effectively as an individual or as part of a team and to relate well with staff at all levels.
• Ability to rapidly learn new information, processes, and procedures.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong drive, initiative, and the ability to handle multiple and often conflicting priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel (Intermediate), Word, and Outlook, in accordance with the MS Office Skills matrix.
• Must be a self-motivated individual, hands-on, and flexible in response to competitive work demands. Initiative to investigate variances and identify underlying trends is essential.
• Highly meticulous organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Professional communication abilities with experience managing sensitive and confidential information.
• Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure, including executing a high volume of work assignments with speed and accuracy, collaborating effectively with others, and maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
