SRE/DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Design, construct, and uphold secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.

• Oversee and enhance our Kubernetes (EKS) platform to ensure reliable, modern applications.

• Create and sustain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm.

• Optimize and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Argo Workflows, ArgoCD, and GitHub Actions.

• Lead and engage in incident response activities, including on-call duties and coordination of major incidents.

• Propel high-quality monitoring, alerting, and observability across metrics, logs, and traces.

• Conduct and facilitate blameless post-incident reviews, ensuring that follow-up actions are executed.

• Define and implement SLIs/SLOs to enhance service reliability and operational excellence.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to instill best practices and enhance developer experience.

• Contribute to automation, tooling, and continuous enhancements that minimize toil and bolster platform resilience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.

• Strong practical experience managing Kubernetes in a production environment.

• Familiarity with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.

• Solid background in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code automation.

• Experience in participating in or managing production incidents and on-call rotations.

• Comprehensive understanding of monitoring, alerting, and observability principles.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues in distributed systems.

• Proven use of GenAI tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude) within engineering workflows.

• Excellent communication skills and composure under pressure.

• A strong passion for automation and reducing manual toil.
