📋 Description

• Develop and enhance processes for site reliability engineering teams.

• Collaborate on project execution and manage incident resolution.

• Manage internal communications regarding uptime metrics.

• Oversee post-incident review processes and follow-up actions.

• Promote automation initiatives in operational activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree along with software and operations agile certifications.

• 3-5 years of project management experience with globally distributed teams; 1-2 years of experience with IT Operations and Site Reliability Engineering teams. Experience in a healthcare data environment is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Jira, tools for on-call rotation management such as OpsGenie, Jira Service Management, or PagerDuty; MS Teams integrations, agile leadership with technical teams, and preference for kanban methodology. Strong professional writing skills in English and expertise in agile teamwork.

• Proven experience in utilizing AI to enhance operational efficiency. Experience in executive or customer-facing communication.
