SRE Senior Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) and coordinate sprint planning activities.

• Take responsibility for the uptime, performance, and capacity planning of production systems.

• Minimize manual tasks by implementing automation solutions.

• Conduct root cause analyses and spearhead incident response efforts.

• Establish Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Software Engineering.

• Expertise in coding and scripting languages (such as Python and Go).

• In-depth understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Linux environments.

• Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams effectively.

• Capability to articulate technical SRE initiatives to stakeholders.
