• Designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting extensive distributed systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field involving programming (e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent hands-on experience in Security and/or Enterprise Monitoring Context, is REQUIRED.

• Proven experience in collaborating with others to address complex business challenges and implement change.

• A systematic approach to problem-solving, combined with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership and motivation.

• Capability to question existing practices to enhance efficiency and achieve favorable outcomes.

• Experience in managing various stakeholders, with the ability to handle challenging situations and make timely decisions is essential.

• Interest in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.

• Strong project management abilities with a track record of successfully managing large-scale cross-functional teams.

• Experience collaborating across development, operations, and product teams to prioritize needs and foster relationships is essential.

• Preferred experience in the banking/payment/finance sector, particularly in the Mexican market.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, is advantageous.

• Proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written, is required.
