This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Strategize, implement, and oversee digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, scope, and budgetary constraints.
• Manage the scope, tasks, risks, schedule, and quality of projects to guarantee efficient execution.
• Serve as the liaison between business, design, and technology teams to foster effective communication.
• Track performance metrics such as timelines, efficiency, and quality to keep the project aligned with objectives.
• Provide clear and transparent status reports on project progress to stakeholders.
• Facilitate and oversee agile ceremonies (including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) to ensure accurate adherence to methodologies. Address and eliminate any blockers or impediments that could hinder team progress and project delivery.
• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager with a strong emphasis on agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Technical expertise in fields such as development, engineering, product management, or architecture.
• Previous experience managing digital projects, including websites, applications, and systems.
• Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams in environments characterized by high technical complexity.
• Capability to manage timelines and deliver results within defined parameters.
• Strong communication skills, both clear and concise, for effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
