Sports Data Editor – English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough research and produce comprehensive data entries related to sports events, tournaments, and leagues.

• Identify and establish new programs in the database as necessary.

• Perform research to gather all relevant background information concerning sports events.

• Merge identical and duplicate programs for consistency.

• Review work meticulously to rectify any outstanding discrepancies.

• Ensure that customer data sets are complete, delivered on schedule, and free from errors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Located in Pakistan.

• Knowledge of major European football leagues (Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Ligue 1) and a broader understanding of international sports coverage is advantageous.

• Possession of a university degree in a relevant field (e.g., Sports Management, Journalism, Business, or Data).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Highly organized and detail-focused.

• Proficient in working with data, databases, and online research tools.

• Comfortable with data searching, computer usage, and database management.

• Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

• Eager to learn new tools and processes.

• Possesses a collaborative mindset and ability to work within an international team.

• Passionate about metadata, sports, and creating exceptional user experiences.
