This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Implement brand strategies and tactics in the field.
• Effectively manage the assigned territory and targeted accounts.
• Foster strong relationships with customers.
• Optimize both short-term and long-term sales performance.
• Achieve sales performance, brand KPIs, financial goals, and marketing objectives.
• Develop pre-call planning objectives and conduct post-call evaluations.
• Address objections, misunderstandings, and concerns during sales calls.
• Create and execute a call plan to meet established call metrics.
• Continuously enhance understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
• A bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant industry experience is required.
• A minimum of five (5) years of relevant and equivalent industry experience is required.
• Preferably, three (3) or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical/health/science industry.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• A demonstrated history of leadership success and strong presentation skills.
• Solid business acumen and proficient use of business tools.
• Ability to proactively recognize customer styles/behaviors and adjust all aspects of the selling approach accordingly.
• Effectively operates in a matrix environment.
• Preferred: A proven track record of success in sales performance within respective therapeutic areas.
• Preferred: Experience in the commercial pharmaceutical industry, including physician/account-based selling, training, managed healthcare, or marketing.
• Preferred: In-depth knowledge of scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive elements.
