Co-Founder / CSO, Industry 4.0

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of, develop, and manage your startup in areas such as Industry 4.0.

• You will engage in a comprehensive personal development journey designed by unicorn founders, following a tailored program to improve your goal, time, and energy management skills.

• You will benefit from our extensive network of over 50,000 professionals for hiring support, along with guidance and best practices from experienced entrepreneurs.

• You will receive focused coaching to prepare your startup for raising millions in funding.

• You will collaborate with us to refine your product until achieving product-market fit and will receive assistance in establishing a sales force or developing a marketing engine.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are located in Europe or the Americas or are willing to relocate.

• You are prepared to take full ownership of your startup and scale it to revenues exceeding €100M.

• You possess strong communication skills in English.
